Ingredients:
1 cup White Rice,
1 cup Curd,
1/4 Table Spoon Mustard seeds,
1/4 Table Spoon Urad Dal,
Curry leaves,
2 Red Chilly,
1 Table Spoon Oil,
Salt to taste
Method:
1.Wash the rice, cook it and keep it aside.
2.Heat oil in a pan,then add mustard seeds, curry leaves ,Urad dal, red chilly and oil in a pan.
3.Then add cooked rice,salt and curd,mix well.
Note:Adjust Ingredients according to taste.
