INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Basmati Rice,
1 Chopped onion,
4 Chopped Green Chilli,
2 Table Spoon oil,
4 piece Cinnamons(Medium Sized),
4 Cloves,
4 Cardamoms,
4 Bay leaves,
2 Nutmug,
2 Nutmug Flower,
4 Pepper,
1/4 Cup peas,
1/4 Cup chopped Carrot,
1/4 cup chopped Beans,
1/4 Cup Chopped Potato,
Salt for taste,
METHOD:
1.Wash basmati rice and keep it aside.
2.Heat oil in cooker, add Cinnamons,Cardamoms,Nutmug,Nutmug Flower,Cloves,Bay leaves and pepper.
3.Then add chopped onion and green chilli, fry it for few minutes.
4.Then add all chopped vegetable and mix well.
5.Then add basmati rice and fry for few minutes, then add 4 cups of water to cook.
6.Serve hot with any salad.
Note:Adjust Ingredients according to taste.
