1/4 Table Spoon turmeric,
salt to taste,
2 raw bananas(Nendra Bale Hannu)
1. Wash and peel the raw banana; Peel deep enough, such that only the white pulp remains.
2.Slice bananas with a chip slicer into water, mix in turmeric and salt.
3.Keep for 10 minutes, remove out water fully.Spread out on a kitchen cloth to take off moisture.
4.Heat up oil in a pan,Fry banana slices in one-layer batches for a minute or two or until crisp.
5.The chips are done when they turn golden yellow in color; Remove from oil and drain on paper towels;
