Ingredients:
2 cup cauliflower florets,
1 onion finely chopped onion,
1 tomato finely chopped Tomoto,
1/4 cup Coriander leaves,
2 table spoon yogurt,
1 Table spoon Turmeric,
Salt for taste,
Oil,
1 table spoon Mustard,
Curry Leaves,
2 table spoon Chilli Powder,
2 table spoon Ginger and Garlic Paste.
Method
1.Heat oil in a pan and add the Mustard Seeds,Curry leaves.
Then add chopped onions and sauté till golden brown.
2.Add ginger and garlic paste sauté them. Add the chopped tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the spice powders red chili powders, turmeric,salt and cook till the tomatoes absorbs the flavor.
3.Add the yogurt and sauté till the yogurt is well blended. Now add the cauliflower florets and sauté them well turning all sides to coat the masala and cook
them covered for 8 to 10 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro leaves and serve hot.
Note:Adjust Ingredients According to taste.
