INGREDIENTS
1 Cup All purpose flour/maida
Corn flour
Cauliflower florets
Ginger Garlic Paste
Onion Finely Chopped
Cilantro
Chat masala
Chilli Powder
Lemon
Jeera
Salt
METHOD:
1. Make a thick batter of Maida by mixing water, 2 Tbl Spoon of Corn flour, ginger garlic paste, jeera, salt.
2. Dip the cauliflower florets in to the above batter and deep fry them.
3. Mix those deep fried florets with finely chopped onion, cilantro and chilli powder.
4. Sprinkle chat masala, lemon and serve.
