Vegetable Omelette




INGREDIENTS:

1 Green pepper/capsicum
1 Red Pepper
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
3 to 4 chillies
4 eggs
2 Table spoon of milk
Mustard seeds
Cumin seeds/jeera
Urid dal
Curry Leaves
Cilantro
Salt
Garam Masala
Cheese
(you can also add mushroom,Jalapanoes)

METHOD:

1.Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, cumin, urid dal, chillies, curry leaves, onion, tomato and fry for few minutes.
2.Then add chopped peppers, fry until tender, then add garam masala and salt, mix well and keep it aside.
3.In a bowl break the eggs ,add milk and bit of salt and beat well.
4.Heat the pan and pour the beaten egg and spread.
5.Once the egg is half cooked(colour changes/ bottom turns into brown). Spread the pepper masala on the half side of the egg.
6.Then Garnish with grated cheese and cilantro. Cover it by folding the other half and serve hot.

We, Yashaswini and Jyothi who never entered kitchen and never knew how make a basic items to (not even coffee or Tea ;-)) before marraige now we are...well... say a good chef!!!
