INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Finely chopped Cabbage
2 Cups Basmati Rice
1 onion chopped
1 small tomato chopped
3 to 4 green chillies
Jeera/cumin seeds
Mustard seeds
Garam Masala
Salt
Lemon
Curry Leaves
Cilantro/coriander Leaves
METHOD:
1.Wash basmati rice and keep it aside.
2.Heat oil in cooker , add jeera ,mustard, curry leaves, green chillies, onion and tomato fry for few minutes
3.Add chopped cabbage, fry until tender then add garam masala and salt
4.Now add basmati rice and fry for few minutes, then add water to cook
5.Garnish with lemon and coriander and serve hot.
