Home Remedy for Cold


One lemon should be diluted in a glass of warm water, and a teaspoon of honey should be added to it. This should be taken once or twice daily.It is ideal remedy fpor cold and cough.

Steam with vicks is very effective.

Eat fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C.

Drink ginger tea. It can be made by boiling ginger in normal tea.

Drink a teaspoonful of ginger juice mixed with equal quantity of honey.

Boil 1 tbsp of pepper powder in a cup of milk along with a pinch of turmeric. Add some sugar for taste. Drink this once a day for three days.
