INGREDIENTS:
Pudhina Leaves / Mint
2 Cups Wheat flour
2 to 3 Green chillies
Ginger Garlic Paste
Jeera
Salt
METHOD:
1. Take 2 Cups of wheat flour in a bowl add salt, ginger garlic paste, finely chopped pudhina and green chillies( u can also grind them) and mix well.
2. Add enough water to make soft dough, once done leave it to 15 minutes covered by damp cloth.
3. Roll into thin sheets as chapthis and heat both the side on preheated tawa.
4. Serve hot with butter on it.
