Coconut Chutney



Ingredients:

1/4 cup grated Coconut,

4 Table Spoon Dalia Split(Hurigadale),

Spinach,

Corainder leaves,

Ginger and Garlic,

1/2 lemon sized Tamrind,

Salt to taste,

3 Green Chilly,

1 Table Spoon Cumin seeds,

Method:

1. Put all the ingredients in a mixer. Add enough water and grind it.
2. If it is frozen coconut, add hot water while grinding.

3.Pour the ground mixture to a vessel, add enough salt and water(If required).

We, Yashaswini and Jyothi who never entered kitchen and never knew how make a basic items to (not even coffee or Tea ;-)) before marraige now we are...well... say a good chef!!!
