Rajma Curry (Mexican Type)



Ingredients:

2 Cup Kidney Beans (Rajma),

1/2 cup chopped Onion,

3/4 Cuo chopped Tomato,

2 Green chilli,

1 Table Spoon Ginger-garlic Paste,

1/2 Table Spoon Garam masala,

1 Table Spoon Coriander Powder,

Salt for taste,


Method:

1.Soak the rajma overnight.

2. Boil in a pressure cooker till tender.

3.Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onions and ginger garlic paste.

4. Add the tomatoes, green chillies and cook till pulpy.

5.Add coriander powder, salt and 3 Cups water and boil well.

6.Add the rajma and cook on a low flame for about 4 to 5 minutes.

7.Add the garam masala powder and cook further for another 15 minutes or till the gravy thickens.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Note:Adjust ingredients according to taste.
