INGREDIENTS:
( for one dosa)
Dosa batter
1 onion finely chopped
2 green chillies
1 grated carrot
Dill leaves
Jeera
Salt
METHOD:
1. Heat oil, add jeera, green chillies, onion, grated carrot, dill leaves fry for few minutes then add salt mix well and keep it aside.
2. Heat tawa, spread dosa batter on it and immediately spread the above mixture evenly and covers the entire dosa.
3. Spread oil or ghee and fry on both the sides.
4. Serve hot with pickle or chutney.
