Carrot Kosambari


1 Cup Grated Carrot,

2 Table Spoon grated Coconut,

Salt to taste,

4 Table Spoon sprouted Greengram seeds,

Coriander leaves,

1 chopped Green Chilly,

Curry leaves,

1/4 Table Spoon Mustard seeds,

Pinch of Asafotida powder,

4-5 drops of Lemon juice,

1 Table Spoon Oil


1.Add chopped coriander leaves, sprouted greengram seeds, grated coconut, salt, lemon juice,
chopped green chilly and mix them well.

2.Heat oil in a pan,add mustard seeds. Once it starts spluttering, add asafotida powder,
keep it for few seconds. Add curry leaves and then add it to Carrot mix. Mix well before serving.

Note:Adjust ingredients according to taste.
