Kayi Huli


Ingredients:

2 cups, Chopped Green Beans,

3 Table Spoon Grated Coconut,

3 Green chilies,

1/4 Table Spoon Tamarind paste,

1 Table Spoon Oil,

1/2 Table Spoon Mustard seeds,

Curry leaves,

Pinch of Hing,

Salt,

1/4 Table Spoon Turmeric


Method:

1.Cook green beans with some salt,turmeric and water; Keep aside.

2.Grind coconut, and green chilies to a smooth paste with some water.Add the paste to the cooked veggies and boil well.

3. Add tamarind paste and m ix well andcook for about 3 to 4 minutes.

4. Temper with mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.
