When and how to eat fruits:
1.Do not wash fruit after they have been cut. vitamins C being water solubes gets washed off.
2.Eat seasonal fruits. Fruits left to ripen on the tree with sunlight are best, rather tahn fruits taken fron the cold storage plants.
3. Always eat fruit on an empty stomach. You can do this at any time during the day, as long as it is on an empty stomach.
4.Never eat fruit along with other foods. Fruit should only be eaten on its own.
5.Never eat fruit as a desert, after a meal. This is a complete waste of the fruit's benefits.
6.Avoid fruits like bananas and avocados in the morning because they are heavy foods and tax the digestive system in the morning.
7.Eat only organic fruit to the best of your ability.
8.Avoid processed, cooked, or canned fruit. These contain large amounts of sugars, additives and other undesirables.
9.Don’t drink juice that has been heated up.
10.Don’t eat cooked fruits because you don’t get nutrient at all.
11,Eating the pulp or the whole fruit is far better than drinking the juice as the fiber is good.
