How to eat Dry fruits
1.Soak for 4 to 6 hours in water, to soften the fibre and render nutrients assimilabe.
2. Eat them in limited quantity only. They are a dense source of nutrients.
3.Frying or roasting leads to deterioration in the quality of fats and proteins. Excess roasting leads to the formation of toxins.
4.Wash them 2 or 3 times in water before eating.
